I didn't get my nap on Sunday, and mentioned it to my Missus. " You look tired," she said. " Yep," I replied, " I'm nappered."

Loopy Newhouse: I live in Romford, Essex, UK and I work for Royal Mail. I will be writing about anything and everything, some true and lots made up. My aim is to get my website going so I can enjoy blogging to the World, which I can do here, but I think my audience will get bigger if they can find me in one place, along with the things that I enjoy, including photo's, video's and my written musings. Yes I know I could do that here too, but I have thing's to show that don't belong in blogs, so it's common sense to move forward to somewhere I can express the real me. But that's the future, and for now, this is me.
